Holding the work with care

I stay closely connected to this work because it comes from lived experience. I create slowly and intentionally, aware that the women who arrive here are often carrying more than they can name.

This work is shaped by care, faith, and the understanding that healing unfolds over time.

Artist • Author • Founder of Radiant in Bloom

I’m Thea.

Not as an expert who has it all figured out—
but as a woman who learned how to stay.

I am a mother, a caregiver, an artist, and a writer.
I’ve lived through grief, illness, financial strain, relational loss, and the quiet exhaustion that comes from carrying more than one heart at a time. I didn’t arrive here whole. I arrived here willing.

Radiant in Bloom grew out of a season when words and creating became a way to stay grounded—through late nights, unanswered prayers, and the slow realization that healing doesn’t arrive all at once.

How I Came to This Work

There were seasons when words felt safer than speaking, and creating felt like the only way to breathe. Journals became places where I could tell the truth quietly. Art became a way to sit with what couldn’t be solved yet.

Over time, I realized that what was helping me survive was also something other women were searching for—not answers, but companionship. Not pressure, but permission.

This work grew from that realization.

What Guides My Work

I create with care for women navigating real lives—women who are healing while still showing up, believing while still uncertain, and learning that rest is not something to earn but something they are allowed to choose. I don’t create to fix anyone. I create to make room.

Why I Stay Close to the Work

This work is personal, but it is also intentional. I am mindful of what I am leaving behind — not just for myself, but for my children and for the women who encounter this space.

What we tend gently has a way of lasting.

A Gentle Invitation

If you are here because something in you needed a place to land, you are welcome.

You may choose to begin with the journals, explore the art, or simply read and rest for a while. There is no right pace here.

Thank you for being here.

With care,

Thea
