At Radiant in Bloom, every item is created with care and purpose. Because many of our products are made to order or produced in small batches, we ask that customers review their orders carefully before completing their purchase.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns on:

  • Books
  • Journals
  • Digital downloads
  • Print-on-demand apparel
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Affirmation card decks (if opened)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads, printable journals, guides, and other downloadable content are non-refundable.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Radiant in Bloom is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
